By visiting obracoffee.com or placing an order with us, you agree to follow these rules.

 

1. Who can buy 

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

 

2. Prices and payment 

All prices include tax unless we say otherwise. We can change prices at any time. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

 

3. Placing an order 

When you place an order, we will send you an email confirmation. We can refuse or cancel any order for any reason (for example, if the product is out of stock).

 

4. Shipping 

We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only – we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. You pay any customs fees or import taxes in your country.

 

5. Returns and refunds 

You can return unopened coffee within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@obracoffee.com to get a return address. We refund the price of the coffee (not the original shipping cost).

 

6. Our content 

All photos, text, and the OBRA Coffee logo belong to us. You may not copy or use them without permission.

 

7. Problems with the website or products 

We do our best, but we are not responsible for indirect problems (lost profits, etc.). Our total responsibility will never be more than what you paid us.

 

8. Changes to these terms 

We can update these terms at any time. The new version starts when we post it on the website.
