Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all coffee is sold as whole bean and is considered a perishable food item. As such, OBRA Coffee does not accept returns based on taste preference, roast level preference, or brewing outcomes.


Eligible Return Conditions:

• Incorrect product received

• Damaged package upon arrival

• Compromised seal upon delivery


Customers must contact drinkobra@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the issue


If approved, OBRA Coffee may issue:

• Replacement shipment at no cost

• Store credit

• Refund (at our discretion)


Opened food products are not required to be returned but must be documented properly for review.


OBRA Coffee reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the above criteria or appear to abuse policy.

• Packaged and sealed for freshness

• Sold exclusively as whole bean

• Sourced and processed as described


If you believe your product has a legitimate quality defect (not preference-based), contact drinkobra@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.


Resolution Options (case-by-case basis):

• Replacement

• Store credit

• Refund


This guarantee does not apply to:

• Personal taste preference

• Improper storage

• Improper brewing method

• Coffee ground after purchase

• Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery
