Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days


Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. OBRA Coffee is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or unforeseen logistics issues.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method. Promotional free shipping applies only where explicitly stated.


4. Order Tracking

Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order is dispatched.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. OBRA Coffee is not liable for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

OBRA Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers must file claims directly with the carrier when applicable.
