1. How long does shipping take and when is the coffee roasted?

All coffee is roasted to order and shipped within 48 hours. Shipping within the U.S. takes 2–5 days, and international shipping takes 7–14 days. Free shipping on orders over $50.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Estimated delivery times are 7–14 days depending on the destination and local customs.

3. What if I don’t like my coffee or have an issue with my order?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Just reach out to us and we’ll make it right—quickly and easily.

4. How do subscriptions work?

You can choose to receive 1, 2, or 3 bags every 2 or 4 weeks. Subscriptions save you up to 20%, include free shipping, and give you first access to limited harvests.

5. Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can pause, skip deliveries, or cancel anytime from your account. No questions asked.

6. How should I store and enjoy my coffee for best freshness?

We sell only whole beans to preserve freshness. Keep them in the bag with the valve, tightly closed, away from light and heat. For best flavor, enjoy within 4 weeks of opening.
